Weekly Wim Hof Breathing Class in Tallinn

These classes are very practical – no theory, no physiology, only breathing.  However, if you are new to this class I will provide you with the basic explanations. There is also always room at the end of each class to share the feelings/questions that might arise during the session.

Weekly breathing sessions are usually followed by a cold dip at the sea in group. NB! The price does not include it, so this is not the class for you to learn cold dipping.

By the way…

Did you know how many times we breathe a day? Around 25 000 times!

We can spend weeks without eating, days without drinking, but not even minutes without breathing. But somehow we never put our breath as the first pillar of health. I think we can explain this reason very simply: the process of breathing happens automatically and we don’t usually give much thought about it.

Although breathing is an involuntary action, the way we breathe has an enormous impact on our health. Because breathing is an innate bodily function which most of us take for granted, it only gets our attention when something goes really wrong.”

But it is much more than just an automatic function; it’s basically our connection to life and energy. When we breathe, we bring oxygen to our cells, giving us the ability to think, to move, and feel balanced.

To whom are these classes?

The breathing class is open to everyone.

Weekly breathing classes are perfect for you if you are hesitating to join a Fundamentals workshop or you simply want to keep your practice going.

The 3 Pillars of Wim Hof Method

Mindset

The Mindset pillar is the root of the Wim Hof Method. It gives you inner safety, confidence, and clear direction. Without the Wim Hof Mindset Pillar, Wim Hof Breathing exercises and cold exposure are somehow reduced to physical exercises with the biggest focus on the physical benefits.

Breathwork

Wim Hof Breathing means conscious breathing. Conscious breathing allows us to go deep into our inner nature. With the Wim Hof Method breathing technique, we are resetting the nervous system and the hormonal systems, which are often deregulated by the way we live.

Gradual Cold exposure

Gradual and conscious cold exposure induces a cascade of health benefits, including training the cardiovascular system, improving our blood circulation, reducing inflammation, activating the production of white blood cells, pumping out ‘feel-good’ hormones while clearing the mind and giving us an immediate energy boost.
