These classes are very practical – no theory, no physiology, only breathing. However, if you are new to this class I will provide you with the basic explanations. There is also always room at the end of each class to share the feelings/questions that might arise during the session.
Weekly breathing sessions are usually followed by a cold dip at the sea in group. NB! The price does not include it, so this is not the class for you to learn cold dipping.
Did you know how many times we breathe a day? Around 25 000 times!
We can spend weeks without eating, days without drinking, but not even minutes without breathing. But somehow we never put our breath as the first pillar of health. I think we can explain this reason very simply: the process of breathing happens automatically and we don’t usually give much thought about it.
Although breathing is an involuntary action, the way we breathe has an enormous impact on our health. Because breathing is an innate bodily function which most of us take for granted, it only gets our attention when something goes really wrong.”
But it is much more than just an automatic function; it’s basically our connection to life and energy. When we breathe, we bring oxygen to our cells, giving us the ability to think, to move, and feel balanced.
The breathing class is open to everyone.
Weekly breathing classes are perfect for you if you are hesitating to join a Fundamentals workshop or you simply want to keep your practice going.
