The Wim Hof Method is a way to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level: a chance to slow down in a fast-paced world, reconnect with your body, discover an inner strength and intuition we often forget we have, and step outside your comfort zone in a safe and guided way.
The WHM is based on three pillars: Mindset, breathwork and cold exposure. In this workshop we explore each pillar separately and how they connect. Through breathing, mindset, and cold exposure, we create the conditions for the body and mind to feel more present, calm, alive, and connected.
We learn about the science behind the method and what happens in the body and the mind during breathing and cold exposure. We learn how to enter and stay in the cold water safely by controlling our breath.
This workshop is designed for everyone — whether you’re completely new to the method or already experienced with cold water or breathwork. No previous experience is needed, only curiosity and an open mind.
This full-afternoon experience is above all a human one — shared with an amazing group, a moment out of the worries of daily routine, a unique experience that stays. The space is safe for everyone to explore their own body and mind.
What you gain: knowledge about the cold, breathing, and the science + the practical skills to enter cold water and practice at home + a reconnection with yourself and your own body + possibly the release of heavy things you carry (emotional or physical) + the chance to be part of a growing community.
