Free Wim Hof Breathing Practice Videos

Practice Wim Hof breathing techniques at home to give yourself a moment to relax, feel present and connected.

Breathing protocol

01

Find a quiet place: Sit or lie down comfortably, relax your body, and make sure your lungs can expand freely

02

30-40 deep breaths: Inhale deeply (not 100% fully, stay in control and do it naturally)  into your belly, expand it into your chest, and exhale gently. Not fully out – just let it go naturally.

03

Retention: After your last inhale, exhale let it go and hold your breath for as long as comfortable without forcing it.

04

Inhale and hold: When you feel the need to breathe, take a deep inhale and hold for 15 seconds before releasing.

Always practice Wim Hof Method breathing exercises sitting or lying down in a safe environment.

Wim Hof Method breathing can affect motor control and, in rare cases, lead to loss of consciousness. Never practice while driving, in or near water, or in any place where loss of consciousness could lead to serious bodily harm.

Do not practice the Wim Hof Method during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other serious health conditions, must always consult a medical doctor before starting with the Wim Hof Method. Listen to your body and never force the practice.

Thank you for taking the time to breathe with me, to take care of yourself by giving yourself a moment to relax, feel present and connected.
