This workshop is designed for everyone — whether you’re completely new to the method or already experienced with cold water or breathwork. No previous experience is needed, only curiosity and an open mind.
Here we learn about the 3 pillars of the method: breathing, cold exposure, and mindset. We learn about the science behind the method and what happens in the body and the mind during breathing and cold exposure. We learn how to enter and stay in the cold water safely by controlling our breath.

This session is usually followed by a cold dip at the sea in group.

The advanced workshop is dedicated for the people who have already participated in a fundamentals workshop (with me or any other instructor in the world).
It is designed to explore the method deeper and to learn more about the power of the mind. We explore deeper the science behind the method and tools to strengthen our mind and body.
3-day, all-inclusive Wim Hof Method retreat in the Estonian countryside: breathwork, cold exposure, sauna, yoga and community. Runs twice a year: one in the winter time and one in autumn.
The weekend retreat is designed for everyone! Learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, boost energy, and build resilience.
This 3-day retreat includes different activities on-site and in the nature: sauna, breathing session, hikes, cold dip, games, sharing, a bit of science and philosophy of the method.
“This weekend was much more than a workshop. It felt like a real journey.”
1:1 sessions are for everyone, but especially for people who are less comfortable with a group setup, or have a tight schedule.
The session can last 2-3 hours and teaches you basic knowledge about the Wim Hof method and the science behind it, followed by a guided breathing session and a cold dip, often with the sauna (in winter time).
You will leave energized, empowered and relaxed at the same time.
It’s a natural method to reconnect with yourself, built on three simple pillars that support each other: breathing, cold exposure, and mindset. Through the breath, the cold, and the mind, we rediscover a strength that already lives inside us but that modern life slowly makes us forget. It teaches you to listen to your body, trust your intuition, and meet stress with more calm, clarity, and confidence. Cold water is just a small part of the entire method.
No. The workshops are designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners — whether you’re completely new to the method or already experienced with cold water or breathwork. You do not need any previous experience, only curiosity and an open mind 😊
No, the ice bath is always optional. Everyone can participate according to their own ability and needs. During the workshop, you’ll learn how to enter cold water safely and stay in it by controlling your breath.
You explore the three pillars of the method: a guided breathing session, mindset & nervous system regulation, and a guided ice bath experience. You’ll also learn about the science behind the method, how breathing and cold exposure affect the body, and how to safely use these tools in daily life. It usually lasts a full afternoon (4h to 6h depending on the format).
There are two formats: one with the ice bath (summer time) and one with cold dip + sauna experience (winter time).
Knowledge about the cold, breathing, and the science, plus the practical skills to enter cold water and practice at home and unlock all the benefits. Beyond that: a reconnection with yourself and your own body, possibly the release of heavy things you carry (emotional or physical), and the chance to be part of a growing community.
Weekly breathing classes (Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, one hour, practical and open to everyone), a Wim Hof Method weekend — a 3-day, all-inclusive immersion in Estonian nature held twice a year, an advanced workshop for those who have already done a fundamentals workshop, and 1-on-1 sessions for personal attention or those less comfortable in a group setup.
Always practice the breathing exercises sitting or lying down in a safe environment. Never practice while driving, in or near water, or anywhere loss of consciousness could cause harm. Do not practice during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues or other serious health conditions must always consult a medical doctor before starting. Listen to your body and never force the practice.
