N\u00e4dalavahetuse jooksul sukeldume Eesti looduse vaiksesse ilusse \u2013 jalutame metsades, hingame v\u00e4rsket \u00f5hku ja anname kehale v\u00f5imaluse end taastasakaalustada.<\/p><p>Laager toimub kaks korda aastas: korra talvel ja korra s\u00fcgisel. See on kolmep\u00e4evane s\u00fcvenemine Eesti loodusesse \u2013 k\u00f5ik hinnas n\u00e4dalavahetus, mis h\u00f5lmab majutust, toitlustust, sauna, tegevusi ja vajadusel ka transporti.<\/p><p>Kohapeal ja looduses tegeleme mitmesuguste tegevustega: saun, hingamisharjutused, matkad, j\u00e4\u00e4suplus, m\u00e4ngud, kogemuste jagamine ning p\u00f5gus sissevaade meetodi teaduslikku ja filosoofilisse Each activity complemented the others and created a powerful balance between effort, calm and awareness.\nOne of the most memorable moments for me was walking several kilometers in the cold wearing only shorts and later entering the ice baths. Surprisingly, what stayed with me was not the cold itself, but the sense of calm and presence that appeared during those moments. It was a powerful reminder of how much our mindset and breathing can influence our body.\n<br><br><b>Another beautiful aspect of the weekend was the atmosphere. The group quickly became a supportive and open community where everyone encouraged each other to step slightly outside their comfort zone.<\/b>\n<br><br>The guidance throughout the retreat was excellent: professional, attentive and always creating a safe environment for everyone.\n<b>I leave this weekend feeling stronger, clearer and very grateful for the experience.<\/b> It was both inspiring and transformative, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone curious about discovering their own inner strength. \u201c\n\n<br><br><b>There is something special about Ga\u00e9tans presence. <\/b>He is calm and grounded, but at the same time, he is inspiring and full of life. I attended and was excited about all of the activities, even though the cold-exposure dip in freezing water was something I was at peace to cross off my list in case I wasn't feeling well enough or
